For your navigation convenience: tags
A nice little plugin for Textpattern called tru_tags has made it possible to add tags to each article. Click on them and find other articles about the same subject.
At the risk of looking old-fashioned, I’ve placed a tag cloud in the sidebar. It may be painfully passé, but it’s still useful.
I’ve thought long and hard about creating categories for the blog as well. These would cover broader subjects than tags. So far I haven’t been able to bring myself to do it because all of newsonaut, it seems to me, is a category — new media. For now, then, no categories, just tags.
