Now you can get a certificate in social media
Just when you think social media might be nothing more than a fad, along comes an item that proves it has cemented a place for itself in our culture. Central Michigan University offers not just a course in social media, but an undergraduate certificate. And even that is not as new as you might think:
CMU is not the first university to implement such a program. Cleveland State University, Ball State University, State University of New York at Purchase and University of California, Irvine have developed social media programs.
