All about the freemen
Former mayoral candidate Brian Alexander is giving the court a hard time with his speeding charge, claiming the justice system has no jurisdiction over him because he is a Freeman on the Land. At first glance the idea seems kooky, but this movement claims thousands of members in Canada, and Alexander could use its tactics to tie the court up in knots over this charge.
